See which AI bots read your site, in 10 minutes: GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and the robots.txt that keeps you cited
OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity each send at least two different bots to your site. One collects pages that may train the next model, another indexes pages so the chatbot's search can cite them, and a third only shows up when a person asks about you. If your robots.txt treats them as one thing called AI, you're probably blocking the wrong one.

Retell AIVapiCal.com
Set up an AI phone receptionist for a local business and charge monthly: Retell AI cost per minute, the build and the pitch
An AI receptionist on Retell AI costs about 11 cents a minute in Retell's own example, about 12.5 cents with its phone line. A plumber with 600 minutes of calls a month is looking at about $77 in usage. A human answering service like Ruby lists $250 a month for 50 minutes. The minutes are cheap. The service is the real price list, the transfer that works when a caller is angry, and the monthly report.

Sell AI product photos to small online shops: the Higgsfield cost per image, what Fiverr sellers ask, and the label rule
One lifestyle product photo made with Nano Banana Pro on Higgsfield costs 2 credits, about 10 cents on the $59 Plus plan. On Fiverr, the first page of AI product photography gigs started at $5 to $250, and half started at $15 or less. The image is close to free. The service is keeping the real label, passing the marketplace's first-image rule, and handing back a set the shop can upload.

Opus ClipHeyGenFiverr
Podcast clipping with AI: Opus Clip vs HeyGen AI clipping, the per-clip cost and what clippers charge
A 60-minute podcast episode costs 60 credits to clip on Opus Clip, which is about $5.80 of the $29 Pro plan. If it yields ten usable clips, the tool cost is about 58 cents a clip. Fiverr clippers list the same clip at $5, $10 and $15. The gap is not the AI picking the moments. It is somebody rewriting the hook, fixing the captions, naming the clips and sending the podcaster a report that says which ones worked.

HeyGenFiverrElevenLabs
AI video dubbing as a service: HeyGen video translate, what it costs per minute, and what Fiverr sellers charge
A minute of AI-dubbed video with lip sync costs about 29 cents in HeyGen credits on its $29 Creator plan. The Fiverr listings for the same service start at $10, $15 and $20, and one lip-sync gig starts at $120. That gap is the whole business, and it exists because the client is not paying for the render. They are paying for someone to check the brand names, fix the one line the model got wrong, deliver the files in the right shape and tell them honestly that a synthetic voice was used.

The page types AI answers cite most, and how to build each one for your business
Your homepage is the page you polish most and the page AI answers cite least. In Wix's March 2026 study of 1,056,727 citations across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, homepages took 5.3% of them. Ranked list pages took 21.9%, articles that answer one question took 16.7%, and product pages took 13.7%. So the question is not whether your site is good. It is whether you have built the page types the engines actually pull from, and most small business sites have built one of them, if that.

Your site's next visitor is an AI assistant: five fixes to make your website readable by AI crawlers and agents
Vercel counted 569 million GPTBot requests and 370 million from Anthropic's crawler in one month on its network, and found that none of the major AI crawlers render JavaScript. Cloudflare has blocked AI crawlers by default on new domains since 1 July 2025 and set new defaults on 15 September 2026. So plenty of sites are unreadable to their fastest-growing kind of visitor, and their owners do not know it.

Getting paid when other people use your cloned voice: the ElevenLabs Voice Library, how payouts work, and what it takes
ElevenLabs says voice creators on its platform have earned $22 million, across more than 10,400 creators, up from $11 million in November 2025. You clone your own voice, share it in the Voice Library, and when a paying user generates audio with it you get paid in cash. The default rate is around $0.03 per 1,000 characters, so a million characters of other people's audio is about $30. The total is real. The split is very uneven.

Selling print-on-demand with AI designs and mockups: the real cost sheet, the fees, and Etsy's AI disclosure rule
A $24.99 t-shirt on Etsy with $4.99 shipping brings in $29.98. Etsy's transaction fee, payment processing and listing fee take $3.30. The tee and its shipping from a Printify provider cost $16.26. About $10.42 is left, or $5.92 if the sale came through Etsy's Offsite Ads at 15%. The design and the mockup are cheap now. The fees stayed where they were, and Etsy requires you to say in the listing description that the item was made with AI.

Track whether AI answers name you, with a spreadsheet and Claude
Ask ChatGPT the same buying question twice and you will often get two different lists of sources. NJIT researchers measured it across 11,500 real queries and found AI Overview source sets overlapping at a Jaccard score of 0.66 between two runs of the identical query, against 0.78 for the ordinary results page. A newer paper ran 50 questions across 6 engines 15 times each and found five of the six still naming brands they had never named before at run 15. So a single audit is not a measurement, it is one draw from a distribution. The repetition is the product, and you can get it with a spreadsheet for nothing.

Cold outreach with AI that gets replies: the sequence, the deliverability work, and what to measure
Almost every cold outreach guide starts with the copy, and that is the wrong end. Since 1 February 2024 Google has required SPF or DKIM, valid reverse DNS, TLS and a spam rate under 0.3% from every sender to Gmail, with SPF and DKIM together plus DMARC and one-click unsubscribe over 5,000 messages a day. Yahoo added a two-day unsubscribe rule. Microsoft started bouncing unauthenticated high-volume senders with 550 5.7.515. Since November 2025 Google has been ramping enforcement to temporary and permanent rejections. If the mail lands in spam, your best sentence has a reply rate of zero.

AI avatar videos for local businesses: the build, the pitch and the price
A 40-second AI avatar video costs about $2 to produce. On Fiverr the cheapest gigs selling that work start at $5. That gap is why the marketplace is crowded and why the marketplace is the wrong place to sell this, and the rest of this page is the version that works instead: the three videos a local business will actually pay for, the real per-video cost from my own render log, the public asking range read off live listings, and the three ways the deal goes wrong.

The comment-to-DM funnel as a product: set it up for a creator and charge monthly
The build is a commodity. Across 39 Fiverr gigs advertising ManyChat work, the starting prices ran $5 to $95 with $30 the single most common number, and not one of them sold it as a monthly service. So if you want a retainer, you are not selling the build. You are selling the part that happens after it, and you will do it better than almost everyone if you understand two things nobody in this niche states correctly: how Meta's private reply window really works, and what happens when you point a funnel at an account that has no reach.

Turn a Claude skill into a $49 digital product
There are two markets for this and they are not the same market. On PromptBase, a Claude skill is a $5 to $10 item: across 52 priced listings on its Claude Skills page the band ran $3.99 to $19.99 with a median of $7.99. On Gumroad, listings in the same category run into the tens and hundreds of dollars, and $49 is a price people actually charge. Same file format, eight times the price, and the difference is packaging and traffic. This guide is how to build the version that belongs in the second market.

Your first agent on the OpenAI Agents API: what it replaces and what it costs
OpenAI put the Agents API into public beta on 10 September 2026. The pitch is that OpenAI runs the agent loop for you: sessions, orchestration, context compaction, recovery, and an optional sandbox where the agent runs code and writes files. For a marketing or ops team the useful question is not whether it is impressive. It is what it takes off your plate, what one run costs when the invoice arrives, and where it falls over. This guide answers those three, every number quoted from OpenAI's own published pages.

A hook lab without trial reels: test 3 openers per reel when Instagram locks you out
Instagram's trial reels feature needs roughly 1,000 followers. My account had 13. That is not a small gap you close in a month, so the entire trial-reel A/B protocol was unusable and I had to replace it with something that works at any account size. This guide is that replacement: three hooks per reel in different archetypes, one variant shipped per platform so every reel gets three real reads instead of one, every post tagged so the clicks are separable, and a set of hard decision rules that stop you retiring a hook on noise.

One-person content agency: 30 short videos a week, the real cost sheet
Seven avatar reels cost me $14.71 last week. That is the whole render bill, measured, not estimated. This guide takes the per-unit costs from a pipeline that actually runs every week and does the arithmetic for 30 short videos a week: what HeyGen bills per finished second, what ElevenLabs charges per character, what local editing costs, and what the whole month comes to per finished video. Then it puts that next to what agencies and freelancers publicly charge for short-form retainers, so you can see the gap the business lives in.

A $0 newsletter about AI tools: the beehiiv stack and the three ways it earns
A newsletter is the only asset in this stack you own outright. Not a follower count on a platform that can throttle you overnight, not a channel that can be suspended by a policy update, but a list of email addresses that goes with you. This guide is the full build for an AI-tools newsletter on beehiiv's free plan: the setup, the weekly issue format that stops you running out of things to say, the growth loop that turns one short-form platform into signups, and the three ways newsletters in this category actually make money, each with the public rate behind it.

AI Overviews vs Perplexity vs ChatGPT: what each one actually cites
Three AI engines answer the same buying question and cite three different kinds of source. Perplexity shows a numbered list you can read straight off the page. ChatGPT browses and names a handful inline. Google AI Overviews mostly pulls from pages already ranking underneath it. Those are three different games, and a single audit run tells you almost nothing about any of them, because the answers shuffle between runs. This is the test, the comparison, and the logging sheet that turns it into a trend.

AI UGC ads for small brands: how people land the first paid client with no audience
Small brands buy ads that look like a person talking, and they buy them by the batch because most of them fail. The people getting paid for this now are not creators with an audience. They are operators with HeyGen, a voice from ElevenLabs, and three sample ads made for a brand that never asked for them. This guide is that whole loop: the script structure, the production, the spec reel, the outreach message, and what the work is priced at.

Sell one AI automation to a local business: the 3 to pitch first and what they pay
A dentist who misses 20 calls a month is not losing 20 calls. They are losing the ones that ring a competitor 30 seconds later. This guide covers the three automations local businesses will actually pay for, how to build each one in Make.com in an afternoon, what freelancers publicly charge for this category of work, and the outreach move that turns a cold walk-in into a paid setup fee plus a monthly retainer.

Turn one guide into 21 X posts with a voice file
One guide holds about seven reusable atoms: a contrarian claim, a number, a mistake, a framework, a step, a tool tip and a question. Each atom becomes three posts in different forms, which is 21. A voice file keeps all 21 sounding like you instead of like a content calendar.

GEO for a small brand: entity, quotable structure, third-party mentions
There are three things that decide whether an AI answer names your brand, and only three. A clear entity, pages that can be quoted without editing, and mentions on the sites the engines already trust. This is what to do for each one, in the order that works when you have no team and no budget.
